1. Data We Collect

• Account Details: We collect your name and email address to manage your subscription and provide access to the platform.

• Video Files: We process the video files you upload solely for the purpose of performing technical Quality Control (QC) checks.

• Payment Information: Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment partner. We do not store your UPI IDs, PINs, or card details on our servers.

2. Our Strict Data Processing Rules

• No AI Training: We do not use your video files, metadata, or creative content to train our AI models or improve our systems. Your content remains yours alone.

• Automatic 24-Hour Deletion: All video files uploaded for QC analysis are permanently deleted from our active processing servers within 24 hours of the report being generated.

• Technical Logs: We only retain the text-based QC report for your historical reference in the dashboard.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your videos during upload and while they are being analyzed on our secure cloud servers.

4. Your Rights & Data Control

As our dashboard is currently in active development, we provide manual data control for all users:

• Deletion Requests: While we are building the automated "Delete" button in the dashboard, you can request immediate manual deletion of your account or specific reports by contacting our support channel.

• Access: You can view all your generated QC reports and account data through your secure login at any time.
