Refund Policy

At QCLobby, we strive to provide the most accurate AI-powered video quality control in the industry. Please read our refund policy regarding our credit-based system and subscriptions.

1. Credit Usage

QCLobby operates on a credit-based system. One credit is consumed per video analyzed.

  • Once a video has been processed and an AI report has been generated, the credit is considered used.

  • No refunds will be issued for credits used on videos, even if you disagree with the AI's findings, as the computational cost is incurred at the time of processing.

2. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a monthly subscription plan:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

3. Technical Issues

If a technical error or system crash prevents your video from being analyzed but your credit is still deducted, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and, if verified, manually restore the affected credit to your account.
